About

This session addresses the rating characteristics of investment grade versus high-yield companies. Attendees are introduced to the expected loss and loss given default framework applied by Moody’s Investors Services. We will then pull the information from the previous six sessions together to derive a credit rating for a corporation. This session includes group exercises and corporate examples.

Prerequisites: Two years’ experience in a credit-related function or attendance at the Fundamentals of Credit Risk Analysis seminar or eLearning program. (applies to all seven sessions)
