Do we have, and do we need, transparency into who is lending / borrowing / leveraged with who? If I have my pool of collateral, I have a list or tool to keep track of the collateral, but it may not enable optimization (think reverse repo programs at banks). Could this be of use or help solve capital challenges faced by energy companies.
